Below is a comprehensive list of our amenities, including operational hours, bookable options, and guidelines for use.

You will be sent a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed, with the rules and guidelines for your amenity.

Access Restriction

• Club Gilmore amenities are now restricted to residents only, excluding investor owners.
• A fob audit will be conducted on December 1, 2024, with a maximum of 2 fobs issued per strata lot.

Event Space Classification

• Event spaces have been categorized as Small or Large to streamline booking processes.

Booking Fees (Effective December 1, 2024)

• Fees apply for large event spaces, guest suites, and private dining areas.
• Small event spaces will remain free until March 31, 2025.

Fines for Non-Compliance

• $100 fine for late cancellations (less than 72 hours).
• $200 fine for no-shows (failure to show within 30 minutes of booking time).
• Repeated violations may result in suspension of access.

Booking Rules

• One active booking allowed per type (Large/Small), with a maximum of two active bookings per unit.
• Maximum of 4 bookings for large spaces per unit until March 31, 2025.

Holiday Booking Draw

• Large spaces for December 24, 25, and 31 will be allocated via draw.
• Small spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with restrictions to ensure more residents can utilize the spaces.

Pet Restrictions

• Pets are prohibited on levels 4 and 6, except for pet grooming areas and the dog park.
• Mandatory pet registration for all residents in Tower 1 starting December 1, 2024.

Violation Penalties

• First violation: 1-month suspension of access
• Second violation: 2-month suspension of access
• Third violation: 3-month suspension of access
• Further violations: Case-by-case review by the Club Gilmore Committee.

Etiquette Policies

• New guidelines introduced for common area shared spaces like the Sports and Games Lounge and Amenity Lounge to foster an inclusive community environment.
